Background
This web site is part of an assignment, working towards a Masters of Arts Degree in Theology and Biblical Studies.
I am studying for this at St Johns college, Ripon and York. Links and details can be found on the about me page of this site.
This assignment follows a module of study on Christian Spirituality. The module looked at ideas of Spirituality over the last two thousand years.
During the course, I was particularly impressed by the life and works of St Augustine (of Hippo).
I spend a lot of my working life working with computers and the Internet, so the idea that Augustine could answer questions relating to modern technology was one that interested me.
I have become more aware of the use of the Internet for Spiritual information and communication.
The investigation into the use of the Internet for Intercessory prayer has been interesting, but by no means complete. It would be good to be able to return to this subject at a later date.
